We can work in parallel with your designer to optimise your design for manufacturing in carbon fibre. This minimises delivery lead-time, and reduces redesign requirements. Supporting 4 seats of Solidworks, we can receive your CAD model in a variety of formats.

Rapid Prototyping – SLA

Our stereolithography (SLA) facility can quickly produce a finished size resin prototype part for fit and function evaluation, prior to tooling manufacture. Also known as ‘rapid prototyping’, SLA is the process of selectively hardening liquid resin using a computer controlled laser to produce a solid 3D model. A finish size SLA model can help perform ‘fit and function’ tests, or marketing review prior to laying down tooling. 3D CAD files such as .STP and PARASOLID from Solidworks are used to create the model directly.
