Aztec Composites Ltd specialise in producing innovative and complex mouldings for engine components including air, water and oil pipes.
Since 1989 Aztec components have been used successfully in the ultimate high-performance arena – Formula 1, resulting in many Grand Prix wins and Formula 1 championships.
What We Do
We will work in parallel with your designer to optimise your design for composite manufacture. This minimises delivery lead-time, and reduces
re-design requirements. We will ensure in-process quality containment. The finished part will be measured by CMM, surface scanned by laser and the laminate verified by CT scanning as required.

Complete in-house support from initial design, tooling manufacture,
part production through to Quality verification by CMM, laser scan or
on site CT scanning.
